The Billionaire Week for Women, hosted by the incomparable Ingrid Vanderveldt, was every bit as inspiring, thought-provoking, and fun as imagined. The great mix of attendees, topics, and activities was the perfect power boost for achieving great things around the topics of gender harmony, inclusion, and diversity.
This is a photo from the event with Jill Ellis, whom I was especially excited to meet given my lifelong passion for European football. Jill was the coach of the US women's national soccer team that successfully repeated as World Cup Champions at the memorable tournament in France last summer. In Austin, Jill shared poignant lessons in leadership and perseverance from her personal journey.

It was really fun returning to the INSEAD campus for my class reunion and to stop by the Blue Ocean Strategy Institute.

It is very rare to be in the company of someone who has had an impact on the life of every person in the world. I had this honor and privilege during my recent trip to San Diego: A private meeting with Marty Cooper at his ocean-front home. Marty is the inventor of the cell phone, which course has gone to become everyone's interface with the world around them. By 2013, there were more cell phones in the world than people. I really enjoyed our conversation and exchange of views on the future of telecom.
